Healing for the body and mind
Lauren Luna
Counselor, MA, LPCC
The care I offer is shaped by my study and love of psychology, mindfulness, meditation, body-based healing, attachment, and human development.
My work centers on helping people listen to their thoughts, emotions, and desires with groundedness, courage, and clarity. Life can present challenges that feel overwhelming or hard to navigate. Whether you’re healing from trauma or simply seeking more confidence and ease in daily life, we’ll explore your inner world together—gaining insight into your patterns and experiences. The counseling process leads to lasting confidence, empowerment, and agency, and a deeper sense of joy and security.
